Did you know that there’s a twelve hour time difference between Eastern Standard Time and Japan Time? Sadly, those little numbers on a watch count twice in one day - a fact of which Calvin is now sorely aware.

Tangentially, did anyone else see that kid’s hammer? Where do his parents even find that kind of thing? I mean, Kidthulu was bad enough, but I thought, hey, maybe his parents are into sewing petite elder gods onto their child’s apparel. But the squeaky toy cements the fact that these people are buying these items. Is there some kind of outlet? Does a new mother sit down with her husband and say, “Honey, I kind of want to invoke the name of Ur’Gorrath the Blood-Drunk, whose existence is everlasting. But you know, in a cute way.” I mean, we’ve all worn our fair share of nether-apparel, but there has to be a line, right?

But I digress. At least Calvin got away with only minor psychological damage this time, as opposed to that time in Japan, which we’re still not privy to hearing about. With regards to that time, I think that if his mind got hammered in the same way as his feel-bads did today, then there’s plenty of story to be told.
