Close Call
October 21st, 2008I almost had to do another “Ripped from Real-Life” Stick figure strip.
Today was just hassle after hassle and frustration after frustration that just stretched to fill up the whole day. It was long, expensive, tiring and just flat lame. That all came to a head with an epic battle with a yellow-jacket nest. Let’s just say if it was a video game, I’d have leveled up twice.
I almost threw in the towel and curled up in a ball but I thought “No, our readers need us!”
So rain, nor sleet, nor dead of night, or a bunch of yellow-jackets will keep us from our plight: bringing you a half-decent weekly humor strip.
So if on “Private Schools are Odd” the composition just isn’t right or Walt is now a woman and they are all look talking dinosaurs, now you know why.

I wish I could have been there for the battle because you vs. yellow jackets would be the funniest thing I think……..ever.

You should definitely do a strip where we have to figure out what is wrong, like replacing character’s color schemes or drawing them weird, like that show did that one time, before. You know the one.
