Wolverine
April 7th, 2009So word on the street from people around the net who have gotten to see the Wolverine flick isn’t good, I have yet to see a positive review anywhere from anyone who has seen the leaked copy.
It sounds like it’s got some big holes in it, doesn’t use it’s cast right, and focuses on the wrong parts of the story.
So I guess my question to you guys is: Are you still going to see it?
And do you think that they’ll make some changes based on the negative buzz before it comes out? I’d say with only a month left they don’t have time, but that’s the same thing I said when Will Smith showed up down the street to film a new ending to I Am Legend, swearing to the neighbors that it had to be for Hancock with only a month left until I Am Legend’s premier. Will they take the chance to fix it?
Or will they just let it go knowing the fanboys go out no matter the buzz for this sort of thing? Should we fan strike this flick if the release it unchanged from the leak that got such negative blow back? Should we demand that they listen to the fanboys of the web already down on the flick?
Or are we going to go to see Deadpool and Gambit anyway? Are we going to just line-up like normal even if it does make it to theaters as is?
It’s kind of a fanboy conflict deep down isn’t it?

This is the hold that Deadpool has on me. I’ll watch Hulk vs. Wolverine and Wolverine the movie…for him.
