The Baby Demands a Sacrifice
Sorry guys.
The wife went back to work after maternity leave and I’m trying to figure out how to balance everything. I’ll be serious, I even had to cheap out on this one with as much as the kid was crying. But I should be able to get on top of this.
So rather than post the strip late, I’ll take the work I have done already on the strip and put it towards next week. With this Real Life Adventure comic instead I can finish up the strip I was working on for next week, thus hopefully putting me a little ahead.
Thanks for understanding guys!
-Kevin

If you need a hand with the baby when your wife is working, just let me know. I love imparting daddy wisdom and help.

Wow, that’s a good point Evan.
This is just like an episode of Lost. We’ve been waiting for the Ominous Knife. Now we have the reveal, or do we?! We don’t know because they didn’t specifically say that it was. We just have to infer it.

On a more personal note, does this mean we could have been playing Team Fortress 2 last night?

Burt- No it means the exact opposite. I was working on the strip so much that I couldn’t play, and even with that time to work on the strip, I couldn’t get it done because of the demands of the baby.

I concur with Evan- quite ominous indeed.
